LSS 2026: BCN will be Heading Back to the Leisure Supplies Show
It’s getting to that time of year again when the inflatable and event hire industry starts thinking about trade shows, catching up with old friends, seeing what’s new and, in our case, getting ready for another Leisure Supplies Show.
LSS 2026 takes place on Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th October 2026 at the Three Counties Showground in Worcestershire, and the BCN team will be there once again.
If you work anywhere around bouncy castle hire, inflatable hire, soft play, event entertainment or the wider leisure industry, LSS has become one of those dates worth putting in the diary.
What is the Leisure Supplies Show?
The Leisure Supplies Show has steadily grown into one of the main meeting points for the UK inflatable and event hire industry.
It brings manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, testers, software companies and hire businesses together under one roof for two days. For hirers, it’s a chance to actually get hands-on with products, speak directly to suppliers and see what’s coming into the industry rather than trying to make decisions from photographs on a website.
But for us, the biggest part of LSS has always been the people.
BCN has been involved in this industry for a very long time, so trade shows inevitably turn into a mixture of business, catching up with customers we’ve known for years, meeting new hirers and finally putting faces to names we may have only ever spoken to over the phone or through support.
There are normally plenty of conversations that start with a quick hello and somehow turn into half an hour talking about websites, bookings, vans, staff, Google, routes, new equipment and everything else involved in running a hire business.
That’s exactly what makes these events useful.
LSS 2026 is Getting Bigger
The show has gradually expanded over the years, taking up more space and attracting a wider range of exhibitors.
For 2026 there are several businesses exhibiting at LSS for the first time, alongside many of the names that regular visitors will already recognise.
There will also be a dedicated videographer covering LSS 2026, capturing everything from the behind-the-scenes setup before the doors open through to exhibitors, products, demonstrations and the general atmosphere across both days.
That should give people who can’t attend a much better look at what goes into the event, while also capturing the side of trade shows that people don’t normally see.
BCN Websites Will Be at LSS 2026
We’ll be there with the BCN Websites team, so if you already use BCN, are thinking about starting a bouncy castle hire business, or simply want to see what our websites and booking systems can do, come over and have a chat.
There’s no hard sell.
We’ve always preferred talking to hirers about how their businesses actually work, what problems they’re trying to solve and where they want to go next.
Whether you want to talk about your website, online bookings, SEO, route planning, payments, managing inventory or just have a general chat about the industry, come and find us.
And, of course, we’ll have some new BCN merch to give away too. 🥰

Why Visit LSS 2026?
One of the benefits of working in the inflatable hire industry is that it’s still a relatively close community.
We might compete for business, develop different products and have different opinions about how things should be done, but events like LSS give everyone an opportunity to get together and see where the industry is heading.
For somebody just starting a bouncy castle hire business, it’s also a great place to learn.
In one day you can speak to inflatable suppliers, insurers, testers, software providers and experienced hirers who have already dealt with many of the challenges you’re likely to come across.
For established hire companies, it’s a chance to look at new equipment, find new suppliers, explore systems that might save time and start planning for the following season.
Sometimes one conversation at a trade show can solve something you’ve been struggling with for months.
